Dr. Ainsley Parks, DC was raised in Eureka, CA and graduated from Eureka High School. She attended Northwest Nazarene University on a volleyball scholarship and graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry with an emphasis in Biochemistry. She always knew she wanted to help people, but still wanted to use her interests in sports, movement, and solving complex puzzles, thus making the Chiropractic profession the perfect fit. She attended Chiropractic school in Portland, OR at the University of Western States where she also earned her Master’s Degree in Sports and Exercise Science and continued her education with a Master’s in Nutrition and Functional Medicine. Dr. Parks offers nutrition consultations to assess and implement individualized dietary plans. She uses a combination of therapies to provide her patients with the most effective care possible. She has certifications in Active Release Technique ®, Graston ®, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

Dr. Parks has also completed additional training in animal chiropractic and received her certification from the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association (IVCA).

She enjoys working with patients not only to treat them, but also to educate them and share in their personal health journeys.  She appreciates treating through each stage of life, but has a special interest in addressing her prenatal and infant patients. She practiced in Eureka, CA before making the move to Medford, OR.  She has worked in large integrated clinics with other chiropractors, primary care physicians, naturopaths, acupuncturists, and massage therapists.  In October 2015 she married her husband who works in the maritime industry and together they have a home in Central Point.
